The Indonesian social media star’s death occurred on January 23, as reported by CNN Indonesia. Authorities have confirmed that an influencer matching Lahfah’s initials was discovered deceased in an apartment located in the Dharmawangsa area of South Jakarta on that date.

Metro Jaya Police’s head of public relations, Kombes Budi Hermanto, confirmed to the publication, “It’s true that an influencer with the initials LL was found dead at the Essence Dharmawangsa Apartment.”

The individual was found by security personnel around 6:44 PM WIB on Friday, January 23, 2026.

Currently, officers from the South Jakarta Police Criminal Investigation Unit are actively examining the crime scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident and are in communication with the victim’s family.

‘Currently, South Jakarta Police Criminal Investigation Unit officers are still processing the crime scene (TKP) to investigate the incident and are coordinating with the family.’

It came just weeks after she allegedly suffered health issues, with Lahfah in the hospital on New Year’s on account of physical discomfort.

On Friday, Weird Genius, a musical group of which Lahfah’s boyfriend Reza Oktavian is a member of, announced a show cancellation in light of ‘unfortunate news’ involving one of the bandmembers.  

‘With heavy hearts, we are informing you that Weird Genius will not be able to perform at the OPPO event due to the unfortunate news of one of our members (which currently not in a prime condition and shape to be on the stage)

‘The situation is beyond our control, and we apologize for the inconvenience. The event cannot proceed as planned.

‘We ask for everyone’s understanding and forgiveness. Thank you for your understanding.’
