Fox News Campus Radicals Newsletter: Union tell-all, Virginia Dems peddle DEI, far-left death threat on campus

In Virginia, Democratic lawmakers have taken a renewed stance on education by introducing legislation focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the classroom. This marked one of their initial moves as the legislative session commenced, signaling a potential shift back towards DEI initiatives in the state’s educational system.

Meanwhile, in Minnesota, experts are raising alarms over the negative impact on children due to school closures following an ICE-related shooting incident. They caution that these closures could be detrimental to students, suggesting the move might be more about political maneuvering than student welfare.

In Utah, a conservative student at a university expressed fear after allegedly being threatened by a radical left-wing classmate. The student claimed the classmate vowed to “Kirk” him, a reference to Charlie Kirk, before the classmate was arrested on campus. This incident underscores the tensions on college campuses regarding political ideologies.

Tragically, on September 10, 2025, Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, was fatally shot in the neck during his “American Comeback Tour” at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. The incident was documented by Trent Nelson for The Salt Lake Tribune and highlights the growing violence surrounding political discourse.
