Michael McKee, an Illinois resident, is set to return to court this month following accusations of murdering his ex-wife, Monique Tepe, and her husband, Spencer Tepe.
As reported by The Columbus Dispatch, the 39-year-old’s next court appearance is scheduled for April 16 in Franklin County Common Pleas Court in Ohio. For further details, you can refer to the original article.
According to prior information shared by CrimeOnline, McKee faces charges of two counts of aggravated murder and one count of aggravated burglary.
He is alleged to have committed the killings at the Tepe residence in Columbus on December 30, where two young children were discovered unharmed.
It remains uncertain whether McKee will personally attend the upcoming court session in April, or if the discovery process will be finalized by then, as noted by the Dispatch.

Police found the couple fatally shot inside their residence after a family friend became concerned when Spencer Tepe failed to show up to his Athens dental practice.
Investigators later linked his vehicle to the crime scene and found a firearm in his Rockford apartment that matched shell casings found at the scene.
McKee has pleaded not guilty and remains behind bars without bail.
