Radical SoCal group sets next anti-ICE ‘mass meeting’ as White House slams ‘far-left’ orgs that target law enforcement

A controversial group with a provocative mission is rallying high school students to challenge federal immigration officers, with their next anti-ICE “mass meeting” already on the calendar. This development comes as the White House criticizes “far-left organizations” for targeting law enforcement.

The group, known as “Dare To Struggle,” has been encouraging students to skip school and confront immigration agents across various US cities. Their latest gathering is set for Friday at the South Park Recreation Center in Los Angeles, following an incident where two youths attacked an agent during a chaotic protest last week.

Dare To Struggle’s Southern California division is openly promoting unrest. In an Instagram post, they called on LA’s youth to “join the spring surge to melt ICE,” advertising their upcoming event with fervor.

Additionally, the group has planned a second “mass meeting” for Friday in a park in nearby Huntington Park, as announced in another social media post.

The California Post reported on Sunday about Dare To Struggle SoCal’s objectives, which include using radical methods to disrupt ICE operations and halt mass deportations.

The organization, which has branches throughout the United States, has been actively circulating materials on social media to rally support for their cause.

The pamphlets include calls to “melt ICE” and “smash the mass deportation machine.”

Dare To Struggle SoCal helped promote Friday’s protests, in which hundreds of high schoolers swarmed the Los Angeles Metropolitan Detention Center during a “national school walk out.”

The demonstration turned violent as an ICE worker was bashed in the face with a rock, suffering a concussion, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

Another federal agent was cut over his eye during the kerfuffle, DHS said.

Two young suspects are wanted in Friday’s attack. On Saturday, Central District US Attorney Bill Essayli released pictures of the alleged assailants and pledged to “criminally prosecute” the pair.

“These assaults will do nothing to stop our immigration enforcement operations. The only thing they will accomplish is ensuring violent agitators will be criminally prosecuted, juveniles included,” Essayli wrote in a statement.

It’s unclear if the suspects had been arrested by late Sunday. Neither Essayli nor DHS immediately responded to a request for comment from The Post.

It was also not known if the youngsters were associated with the Dare To Struggle group.

Meanwhile, the White House on Sunday denounced attacks against ICE and called out groups that stoke violence against law enforcement.

“ICE officers are facing a 1300% increase in assaults because of dangerous, untrue smears by elected Democrats and radical, leftwing organizations,” a White House spokesperson said in a statement to The Post.

“ICE officers act heroically to enforce the law and protect American communities. Far-left organizations that point the finger at law enforcement officers instead of the criminals is simply doing the bidding of criminal illegal aliens.”
