In a poignant appeal, “Today” show host Savannah Guthrie reached out to the public on Sunday, 15 days into the search for her missing 84-year-old mother, Nancy Guthrie. Savannah’s emotional message underscores the family’s enduring hope during this challenging time.

“It’s been two weeks since our mom was taken,” Savannah expressed in a heartfelt Instagram video. “I just wanted to say that we still have hope. And we still believe.” Her words were a direct appeal to those who might have information about her mother’s whereabouts, urging them to act. “To whoever has her or knows where she is, it’s never too late. You’re not lost or alone. It’s never too late to do the right thing. We believe in the essential goodness of every human being,” she added.

Meanwhile, new developments emerged in the investigation. The FBI announced on Sunday that a glove was discovered near Nancy Guthrie’s home in Catalina Foothills, Arizona. This glove is suspected to match one worn by an individual caught on Guthrie’s Nest doorbell camera, according to the FBI.

The FBI has sent the glove, which contains DNA evidence, for testing. Although preliminary results have been obtained, the agency is currently awaiting “official confirmation,” as reported by AP News. This development could be a crucial piece in unraveling the mystery surrounding Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance.

Nancy Guthrie, the mother of Savannah Guthrie, was last seen on January 31 after enjoying dinner at the home of her other daughter, Annie Guthrie. As the days pass, the family’s determination remains steadfast, hoping for a resolution that will bring their loved one back safely.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, family members said Nancy Guthrie, identified as the mother of “Today” show host, Savannah Guthrie, was last seen on January 31, after having dinner at her daughter Annie Guthrie’s residence.

They reported her missing the following day, after she failed to show up for church.

On Tuesday, FBI Director Kash Patel posted photos and videos of a potential armed subject.

On Thursday, agents labeled the armed subject as a “suspect.”

On Friday, they confirmed that they found blood at Guthrie’s home that did not belong to her or loved ones. The discovery came a week after Guthrie’s own blood had been found at the home.

The federal agency also announced a doubling of its reward offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved. That reward now stands at $100,000.
