Cher’s Son Charged After Acting Belligerently at New Hampshire Private School

CONCORD, N.H. — In a surprising turn of events, Cher’s son found himself in legal trouble after causing a disturbance at a private high school in New Hampshire. Authorities confirmed the arrest took place last Friday.

Elijah Allman, aged 49, faces multiple charges, including two counts of simple assault, criminal trespass, and criminal threatening. Additionally, he is charged with disorderly conduct, a violation in New Hampshire regarded as illegal but not classified as a crime. Allman’s father was the renowned musician, the late Gregg Allman.

According to reports, the incident unfolded around 7 p.m. when Concord police were alerted to Allman’s disruptive behavior in the dining hall at St. Paul’s School. Despite having no affiliation with the institution, Allman allegedly caused significant unrest. Following his arrest, he was released on bail as the legal process begins.

Currently, there is no information available regarding legal representation for Allman, and court documents do not list an attorney.

Attempts to reach a spokesperson for Cher were unsuccessful, and St. Paul’s School has chosen to withhold any comments on the matter.

Authorities continue to investigate the situation thoroughly.
