Detectives in Los Angeles County are reaching out to the community for assistance in finding a suspect linked to the tragic murder of a 40-year-old woman. The victim was discovered fatally shot last month in Lake Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has reported that Elana “Rae” Kazanes was found lifeless in a field near the intersection of 140th Street East and East Avenue E on February 19.
According to KCBS, Kazanes had multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
