Having trouble shopping on Amazon or accessing your favorite tracks on Amazon Music? You’re not the only one facing these issues. Users have also reported being unexpectedly logged out when trying to complete purchases or access their shopping carts. Additionally, parts of Amazon.com that are operational are experiencing slow loading times.
Amazon has acknowledged on social media platform X that certain customers are facing technical difficulties, but the company has yet to provide a detailed response to requests for further comments.
Meanwhile, Amazon has been grappling with AWS service disruptions in Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, attributed to drone strikes by the Iranian military. However, there have been no reports of similar widespread issues affecting the United States or other regions at this time.
