Individuals possessing such vital information can submit tips through a Tor browser or the secure Signal messaging platform, as advised by the department.

Among the notable figures on this list are Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei and Ali Larijani, a prominent national security adviser.

This strategy echoes a past initiative in 2003 when the US used playing cards to identify Iraqi leaders following President George W. Bush’s decision to invade and dismantle Saddam Hussein’s regime.
