A familiar figure in the realm of felony theft, Dequavia Denise Rogers, has once again been apprehended after allegedly evading capture for several months. Despite her extensive criminal history, she was granted bond upon her recent arrest.

Rogers found herself behind bars on March 13, facing 11 new felony charges as she was processed into the Harris County Jail in Houston, Texas. This information comes from the official jail records.

Among her latest charges are several counts of theft involving amounts less than $2,500, one charge for theft exceeding $2,500, and another for theft, adding to her notorious record.

Images of Rogers from various bookings have been circulated, accompanying reports from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and publications like the Houston Chronicle.

According to FOX 26, Rogers has accumulated a staggering 37 felony theft charges, with the bulk of these charges occurring within the last year alone. Despite her lengthy rap sheet and the months she spent on the run, Judge Nata Cornelio set her bond at $75,000, facilitating her release from the jail, as confirmed by jail records.

While Rogers was on the run for months, the outlet reported, Judge Nata Cornelio set bond at $75,000, allowing Rogers to be released from jail. Jail records indicate Rogers has been released.

Rogers, 31, was also on parole for a separate offense when she was arrested and booked into jail March 13.

“You have to have consequences for habitual thieves,” Kahan said, according to FOX 26. “It’s not happening in Rogers’ case.
