Lily Allen took a break from her busy schedule to explore the breathtaking Niagara Falls and spend some leisure time with actor Tommy Dorfman, known for their role in “13 Reasons Why.” This scenic escapade unfolded just before her much-anticipated performance in Toronto.

The 40-year-old singer has arrived in Canada to perform at Massey Hall in Toronto on April 7 and 8, as part of her West End Girl tour. Following these performances, she will continue her tour in Boston on April 11.

During her downtime, Lily shared a series of photos capturing her admiration for the majestic views at Niagara Falls, accompanied by a friend. She seemed to relish the serene moments away from the stage.

The artist also delighted her fans with a snapshot of a casual meal outing, where she was seen enjoying some downtime at a cafe with Tommy Dorfman. In the picture, Lily donned a chic black turtleneck, while Tommy opted for a stylish ensemble featuring a brown jumper layered over a white T-shirt.

Captioning her Instagram post, Lily mused about her leisurely activities, writing, “What to do with a day off in Toronto.” This glimpse into her off-stage life adds a personal touch to her tour journey, endearing her even more to her followers.

Alongside the post, Lily wrote: ‘What to do with a day off in Toronto’.

Lily and Tommy have been pals for a while and have attended events together including the Chanel Tribeca Festival Artists Dinner in New York back in June.

The West End Girl album is an ode to Lily’s ex-husband David Harbour, 50, and their acrimonious breakup, and the star is currently touring the world following its release.

The new album was nominated in three categories at the 2026 BRITs but unfortunately she didn’t walk away with any wins during the ceremony.

Lily called time on her marriage to Stranger Things star David after discovering he was using the celebrity dating app Raya.

It was previously reported that she had checked herself into a trauma centre after telling friends she was close to a nervous breakdown following her marriage breakdown.

She was expected to take part in intensive group counselling sessions and one-on-one therapy during her stay at the US based, £8,000 per week clinic.

Lily defended her decision to check into a trauma centre, away from her daughters, admitting it was ‘getting harder to be there’ for her kids’.

She shares two daughters Ethel, 13, and Marnie, 11, with her ex-husband Sam Cooper.

In her first podcast episode back after her stint in the centre, she admitted she didn’t want her children to ‘have to prop her up’ as she battled ’emotional turmoil’ following her split from David.

After struggling on her return to the US, Lily announced that she would be taking some time off from her podcast.

She revealed: ‘People think I hate my children. I really don’t. I absolutely adore my children and I’m in a situation now where I really have to be my strongest self for them.

‘I felt like it was getting harder and harder for me to be able to show up for them in the way that they need me to.

‘It was a big decision to have to leave them for a few weeks to go and focus on myself but ultimately it was for them so that I can get us through this bit. I needed some help to be able to do that.’

She continued: ‘I don’t want them to ever feel like they have to prop me up. None of this is their fault and it’s my job to support them and make them feel safe and secure, and I just don’t think I was able to do that because of the emotional turmoil that I was in at the time.

‘But I do feel like I am now. I’m not saying that I’m 100% there or getting it 100% right or that I ever will but I’m definitely in a stronger place.’
