Speaking from the Oval Office, Trump stated, “If they don’t want to make a deal, then I’ll finish it up militarily with the other 25% of the targets.”

As reporters questioned him about the original timeline he proposed for the conflict, which was expected to last four weeks but has now extended to 55 days, Trump defended his stance.

“I did say I thought it would take four to six weeks, and I was right, because at the end of six weeks, at the end of four weeks, their military was decimated,” he remarked.

He further asserted, “It’ll end. I don’t think it’ll be very long.” Trump also noted the difficulty in negotiations, saying, “By the way, they’re delaying it because they, we don’t know who to deal with… They know who the leader is in this country. We don’t know who the leader is in Iran.”
