Fitness influencer and OnlyFans creator Liam Fitzgerald has died at 29 following a motorcycle crash.
Fitzgerald, who was based in Miami, sustained critical injuries in the accident and died at approximately 2 a.m. Friday, according to his girlfriend, Jamie Lyn Rinaldi.
Rinaldi shared the news on Instagram Saturday, writing, “It is with the heaviest heart that I share the devastating news that Liam passed away following a motorcycle accident on October 30th at approximately 2 AM.”
“He suffered severe injuries, and despite the efforts of those who tried desperately to save him, they were unable to bring him back,” she continued.
She added that the loss had left those close to Fitzgerald heartbroken, writing, “There are no words to describe the heartbreak of this loss. This is an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time for everyone who knew and loved him.”
Authorities have not released details about what led to the crash.
Fitzgerald had built an Instagram following of more than 1 million people by sharing fitness guidance, fashion and lifestyle posts, as well as financial advice.
He also operated an OnlyFans page, which was promoted on his personal website.
As fans mourned, Rinaldi asked them to honor the privacy of Fitzgerald’s family and closest friends.
“Please keep Liam’s family, loved ones, and everyone closest to him in your thoughts and prayers. Please give us grace, love, and privacy as they navigate this unimaginable loss. Rest peacefully, Liam. We love you so much,” she wrote.
Fitzgerald was born in Evansville, Wisconsin, and spent much of his childhood in Washington state. At 18, he moved to Arizona before settling in Miami at age 24.
During an interview with Inked magazine in February 2026, Fitzgerald discussed his desire to support others and help them pursue their ambitions. “I want to help people achieve their personal goals, whether that’s fitness or brand building,” he said.

Motorcycles were also a recurring part of Fitzgerald’s social media presence.
In June, he posted a photograph of himself riding shirtless, adding the caption, “He ain’t nothing like me.”
After news of his death emerged, some users returned to the post to share comments about the risks associated with motorcycle riding.
Other influencers also paid tribute to Fitzgerald online.
Fitness model JT Reinhard referenced his own near-fatal motorcycle accident in January while reflecting on the dangers of riding.
“Emotional stress and the road do not mix well,” Reinhard wrote in a comment on Rinaldi’s post. He added, “Impact almost took my life in January when someone pulled out of an intersection and I was going 55 without a seatbelt.”
“He seemed like he wanted to do good for this world. When I saw the things he valued he reminded me of someone just like me, someone extremely important,” he continued.
Reinhard added, “The world watched how strong he was, I can’t even believe this happened my heart is beating so fast.”
Content creator Austin Georgas also shared memories of Fitzgerald.
“I’m so unbelievably sorry brother! I had the pleasure of meeting you a few times and it was truly always love when you were around,” Georgas wrote.
“God took an amazing human from us today. You have inspired millions of us and I’m so grateful to have even had the chance to know you. Rest in peace. We will see you again soon,” he added.
