A 38-year-old resident of Marion, Virginia, received a 21-year prison sentence on Tuesday linked to numerous drug-related offenses, among them the distribution of fentanyl classified as a weapon of terrorism. Anthony Charles Scott, hailing from Cleghorn Valley, faced conviction and sentencing in the Smyth County Circuit Court, marking a significant legal resolution to his case.
