The 44-year-old singer, who made her television comeback with her first performance in 15 years on American Idol this past May, enjoyed the company of host Vas J. Morgan, 36, at the annual We Matter x Limitless gathering in West Hollywood.
Recently announcing her separation from her husband Eric Johnson, 45, in January, the “Breadcrumbs” singer flaunted her toned figure in a chic black silky slip dress, complemented by black stockings and sleek patent leather boots.
Enhancing her glamorous look, the People’s Choice Award recipient draped a feather stole over her shoulders and carried a sizable black handbag.
Simpson’s long, champagne blonde locks cascaded in loose waves, and she opted for a natural makeup look accentuated by a soft pink lipstick.

‘That show was created as a vehicle to launch music,’ the I Do singer explained on the Richer Lives by SoFi podcast.
‘My ex-wife had an album coming out, I had an album coming out. “Oh, we’ll do a little six-episode thing about our albums coming out to promote our music.”‘ he said of his concept of the show.
‘We had no idea it was going to take on this other life of being this reality, fly-on-the-wall type of show. So, that was totally unexpected,’ he said of the series’ success.
The show ended in 2005 and so did their marriage.
Lachey and his wife Vanessa, are now the hosts of another reality show, Love in Blind.
Simpson launched The Jessica Simpson Collection in 2005, which includes clothes, shoes, accessories, perfume, and luggage which is now worth an estimated $200 million.
