Leonardo DiCaprio proudly displayed his relaxed physique while enjoying a beach day in Hawaii with his younger model girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti.
At 51, the actor is often viewed as Hollywood’s unofficial poster boy for the ‘dad bod’, having embraced a more laid-back approach to life.
Rather than pursuing the defined abs and muscular arms associated with his younger years, DiCaprio has maintained a noticeably more relaxed figure.
Since entering his fifties, DiCaprio has said he wants to begin ‘slowing down’, although he admitted that he still feels ’emotionally 35′.
‘I’m slowing down a bit,’ he told People, while reassuring fans that he has no plans to walk away from acting.
He added: ‘When these opportunities come up, I mean, I can’t say no.’

During an earlier interview about reaching his fifties, DiCaprio joked that he had actually turned ’emotionally 35′ the previous year.
He explained: ‘It creates a feeling like you have a desire to just be more honest and not waste your time.
‘I can only imagine how the next few decades are going to progress. I look at my mother, for example, and she just says exactly what she thinks and wastes no time. She spends no time trying to fake it.’
DiCaprio has previously said that he does not work out, appearing to favour a comfortable lifestyle instead of strict, demanding fitness routines.
Although he has never said that he is vegan or vegetarian, DiCaprio has been a prominent supporter of plant-based eating.
He has invested heavily in sustainable and vegan companies and even encouraged Gwyneth Paltrow to rethink her diet.
‘I hung out with Leonardo DiCaprio when I moved to New York. He was vegetarian and he’d talk about how dirty meat is and how bad factory farming is,’ she said.
‘I haven’t eaten red meat in 20 years and although Leo’s not totally responsible he definitely planted a seed.’
DiCaprio’s long-standing aversion to exercise was also highlighted in 2017, when he was reportedly overheard discussing his non-existent workout routine.
‘It was a party at this private estate,’ a source told Page Six. ‘He was drinking his beer and bragging to these models about how he doesn’t work out.’
His relaxed physique has clearly done little to hinder his dating life, with the actor having been linked to leading models and actresses including Gisele Bundchen, Gigi Hadid and Camila Morrone.
DiCaprio and Ceretti have been romantically linked for more than three years, with the couple largely keeping their relationship away from the public eye.

Back in August 2023, the duo were spotted grabbing ice cream together in Santa Barbara, California.
The following month, the actor whisked himself to Italy where he attended Milan Fashion Week as Ceretti strutted down the runway.
Later that same year, a source told Us Weekly that DiCaprio was ‘completely smitten’ with the model while adding they both ‘have a ton in common’.
In regards to their age gap, the source explained that it ‘clearly isn’t an issue for him’ while adding that Ceretti ‘is an old soul’.
Last year in April, Ceretti made brief comments about her relationship with DiCaprio during an interview with Vogue France.
‘As soon as you’re in a relationship with someone who has a larger following than you, you become “girlfriend of” – or “boyfriend of”, for that matter,’ the model expressed to the outlet.
‘And that can be extremely annoying. Suddenly, people are talking about you as so-and-so’s girlfriend who was so-and-so’s ex.’
The star continued: ‘So it’s not nice to think that you can’t love whoever you want, because of the labels people need to stick on you.’
While Ceretti did not mention DiCaprio by name during her conversation with the publication, she did reveal that they first met in Milan.
However, she did gush about being a fan of the movie Titanic and called it ‘an iconic film’.
