Kaia Gerber has been photographed with her parents, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, for the first time since the family lost Presley Gerber at age 27. The family continues to mourn his death three weeks later.
Presley died after suffering cardiac arrest on September 20 while staying at Resolutions Living, a rehabilitation facility in Santa Monica. His death was reportedly linked to a suspected overdose.
Kaia, 25, appeared somber during Monday’s outing in Los Angeles with Cindy, 60, and Rande, 64, just over three weeks after her brother’s death.
Our News Outlet has contacted representatives for Kaia, Cindy and Rande for comment but has not received a response.
The family appearance came one day after Kaia was seen in public again, following reports from Our News Outlet that she had been visibly struggling with grief 21 days after Presley’s passing.
Presley had entered Resolutions Living the day before he was found dead on September 20.

Footage obtained by TMZ from the evening before Presley’s death showed the model giving a solo tour of the sober-living home. He wore a white undershirt that exposed his prominent tattoos, along with a silver chain and black glasses.
In the video, recorded at around 10 p.m., Presley appeared to be under the influence, staring into the camera with glazed eyes. He moved the camera through a bedroom and several other areas of the residence, seemingly alone.
Insiders told TMZ that Presley had reportedly “got high” on Saturday afternoon before becoming worried that he was losing control. His sober coach contacted the facility to ask whether Presley could be brought there, reportedly making clear that he was under the influence of drugs. The facility’s admissions officer allegedly approved the arrangement.
According to the sources, the sober coach intended to take Presley to a rehabilitation center the following Monday and needed a temporary place for him to stay over the weekend. Presley was ultimately left at Resolutions Living, where insiders claimed he continued using drugs.
A death certificate obtained by TMZ states that Presley’s remains were ‘cremated‘ days after his death at Rose Family Funeral Home. Crawford and Gerber are reportedly planning to keep their son’s ashes at home.
The exact substances, if any, involved in Presley’s death will not be confirmed until the Medical Examiner’s toxicology results are released.
Our News Outlet previously obtained audio from the 911 dispatch call placed at the Santa Monica facility. An automated message in the recording referenced “cardiac arrest” and later “overdose.”
The initial emergency call was placed at 9:35 a.m. on Sunday, September 20, for a cardiac arrest. Three minutes later, the incident was reportedly reclassified as an “overdose,” before its priority was raised again at 9:40 a.m. as the call was “upgraded.”

Kaia Gerber, 25, looked solemn as she joined parents Cindy Crawford, 60, and Rande Gerber, 64, in Los Angeles on Monday.

Cindy Crawford wore a hat as she stepped out of a black Range Rover SUV during the family outing.

Rande Gerber was also seen during the Los Angeles appearance.
Presley, who started modeling from a young age like his sister, had been open about his decade-long struggle with drug addiction and mental health problems before his death.
Last November, Presley revealed he had taken a step back from social media to ‘take care of my own mental health for a bit.’
One month later, he opened up about his personal life in a candid social media video and started sharing ‘Mental Health Mondays’ videos on his Instagram. In one, he listed the medication he takes for ‘night terrors’ and ‘panic attacks,’ saying his use of medication had been ‘fluctuating up and down depending on what’s been going on in my life.’
Earlier this year, he posted about having a ‘Pre-ibogaine flood dose’ at a Mexican treatment clinic, a single, high-dose administration of the naturally occurring psychoactive substance ibogaine that is reported to help with withdrawal symptoms. The high dose is designed to induce a profound ‘reset.’
Presley’s parents and his sister Kaia praised him for his ‘courage’ in response to his post about starting the treatment in March.
Crawford commented: ‘You are a warrior! Walked thru the fire to find yourself! So proud!’ while Kaia added: ‘That’s my brother I am so damn proud.’
And Kaia wrote: ‘I’m so proud of you and your courage. Facing what’s hard takes real strength and watching you find your way back to yourself is everything. I love you so much.’

‘Kaia is still struggling with the death of her brother as they were extremely close,’ a source said

Presley’s death came just weeks after Kaia opened up about the enormous toll her brother’s struggles had taken on their famous family.
‘When something like that happens in a family, it kind of levels everyone,’ Kaia told Vogue.
But for all the concerns for Kaia, our source said: ‘Kaia has not had it easy in her 25 years, but she will hang in there, she is a very strong person.’
Our News Outlet has reached out to representatives for Kaia and Crawford for comment.
