Pregnant Hilary Swank, 52, reveals her bump for the first time

Hilary Swank, 52, has given fans their first glimpse of her growing baby bump, just hours after announcing that she is expecting her third child.

The Oscar-winning actress, who became a mother to twins at 48 in 2023, displayed her bump in a cropped white vest while leaving CBS Today on Thursday.

With noticeably lighter hair, Swank told waiting fans that her pregnancy cravings included “Rice Krispies and cheese” as she prepares to welcome the baby in December.

Swank shared the pregnancy news on Wednesday through a playful TikTok trend, attaching neon glow sticks to dark clothing to form a glowing stick figure.

Her husband, Philip Schneider, 53, and their two children joined in on the surprise reveal. A small glow-stick figure positioned over Swank’s belly made the pregnancy announcement clear.

Our News Outlet has contacted Swank’s representatives for comment but has not yet received a response.

In April 2023, the actress confirmed that she had welcomed twins, a son named Ohm and a daughter named Aya.

The Million Dollar Baby star originally announced the twins’ arrival on Easter Sunday, sharing a heartwarming image of herself holding the newborns while gazing toward a sunset.

“It wasn’t easy. But boy (and girl!) was it worth it. Happy Easter! Posting from pure Heaven,” Swank wrote alongside the touching photograph.

Swank, who revealed her first pregnancy in October 2022, appeared wrapped in a plush white bathrobe as she cradled the babies in her arms.

The twins were the first children for the Alaska Daily producer and star and her second husband, who has been described as a “social venture entrepreneur.”

Following the announcement, the actress received an enthusiastic wave of congratulations from her more than 1 million Instagram followers.

Sharon Stone commented, “God bless honey This is the most extraordinary journey ever so happy for you all.”

“Congrats!!!!” Jesse Tyler Ferguson added.

Sophia Bush also celebrated the news, writing, “They’re HERE,” followed by several white heart emojis.

Earlier this year, in February, Swank offered a rare glimpse into family life by sharing a photograph from the ski slopes with her son, Ohm.

In March 2023, the two-time Oscar winner posted an ultrasound of her ‘Million Dollar Baby’ captioned: ‘Baby A flexing for the camera at their ultrasound. #TheRealMillionDollarBaby #Prizefighter.’

‘Had the best time with my loved ones in the snow this weekend [heart emoji]. And was reminded how NICE Canadians are!’ she wrote on the photo, shared to her Instagram Stories.

Swank won the best actress Academy Award in 2005 for her performance as determined Ozarks waitress-turned-fighter Maggie Fitzgerald in Clint Eastwood’s critically-acclaimed boxing drama, which amassed $216.8M at the box office.

Swank and Schneider wed in 2018 and reportedly met on a blind date in November 2016 – five months after she ended her three-month engagement to former tennis pro, Ruben Torres.

In October 2022, the star told Extra why she waited so long to have kids.

‘I was having a career and not having the right relationship until … four years ago, and all the elements needed to come together and be right.’

She continued, ‘It’s just something I thought about even as a young girl. It’s something that was on my mind, so it’s nice to be here and just be pregnant.’

The Hollywood mainstay grew up in Washington State until her parents’ divorce led to a major move at the age of fifteen.

In order to pursue her dreams of acting, Swank and her mother relocated to California where they initially lived in their car until enough money was saved to afford an apartment.

She worked her way up in the industry, nabbing small roles in television and low-budget films before securing her first lead role in 1994’s The Next Karate Kid.

Six years later, Swank would see her career skyrocket onto the A-list with her Oscar-winning performance in Boys Don’t Cry.
