The Prius was hit by a Hyundai Elantra driven by Rogers, who investigators said was traveling at a high rate of speed before the crash.
Rogers was booked into the Dallas County Jail on Oct. 16. Her bond was set at $250,000 on each manslaughter count, according to jail records.

Overcarsh said he was particularly stunned that Rogers, who was the same age as Harris and Duren, allegedly had her two young children in the vehicle during the fatal crash.
