Investigators are asking the public to come forward as they search for additional victims allegedly targeted by a suspected serial sex offender, including at a popular Halloween attraction.
Edward Eisenhard, 38, faces numerous charges after prosecutors in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, said he sexually assaulted three female victims, including one who was younger than 12.
“There are real monsters in the world,” District Attorney Joe Khan said at a news conference Tuesday.

Khan described Eisenhard as a “highly dangerous recidivistic sex offender.”
One of the alleged attacks took place at Valley of Fear, a haunted hayride attraction in Feasterville, Pennsylvania.
Prosecutors say Eisenhard strangled and sexually assaulted a woman while he was on a work break at the attraction.

According to a criminal complaint, on Sept. 25—the attraction’s opening night—Eisenhard approached an employee who was alone and “grabbed the victim tightly by her throat to the point that she had difficulty breathing, pinned both of her wrists above her head against a wall, made sexual comments, and indecently assaulted her over her clothing.”

Valley of Fear fired Eisenhard the following day. Two days later, prosecutors allege, he sexually assaulted the same victim again at Five Below in Hilltown Township, where he also worked.
The woman told investigators that Eisenhard, her supervisor, restrained and sexually assaulted her while she was cleaning the store’s back stockroom.
Authorities arrested him on Oct. 1.
Investigators say that before those incidents, Eisenhard had also “repeatedly” abused and sexually assaulted a child younger than 12 at a home in Springfield Township.
Detectives from the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office uncovered further allegations involving both of Eisenhard’s workplaces and said they “strongly believe that there are additional victims.”
Eisenhard remains jailed after he failed to post bail following his initial arrest.
His charges were upgraded Thursday, and the district attorney is seeking to have him held without bail.
