Kim Kardashian wants to be divorced from Kanye West but the rapper filed a motion to stop it from happening.

West filed a response to wife Kim’s request to be declared legally single. He says he wants to make sure his assets are safe before he signs the paperwork. He says that Kim’s attorneys rejected all of his suggestions.

Yr wants the “right of reimbursement,” in which either party would be reimbursed monies owed in case one of them died, per Page Six. Kim’s attorney said it is not needed as they already have a prenup.
