Kevin James’s weight loss journey is full of ups and downs because of his poor food preferences. He suffered from an illness that deteriorated his health. 

He decided to continue his weight loss after realizing how high his weight had gotten. James lost over 40 pounds after starting his weight loss journey.

Kevin’s ideal weight-loss plan included a low-carb diet and exercise. Kevin includes boxing, kicking, pushups, sit-ups, and other cardio activities. 

He trained with MMA coach Ryan Parsons who took him into intense workouts. Kevin stuck into the same routine and started seeing changes after a few months.

However, he repeated his bad eating patterns and gained the weight he had lost in just a few years. Kevin was measured at 290 pounds. 

Kevin again started his intense workout sessions, losing nearly 40 pounds in just a few months after beginning his weight loss journey.

He gained a lot of confidence and played the role of a teacher who was trying his hand at mixed martial arts. Kevin again gained weight after starting his eating habits.

Kevin James has gained and lost weight several times in his weight loss journey. He now weighs nearly 235 pounds in 2022. 

He was above 100 pounds during his high school years. Kevin made a choice to lose weight for his three children and wife, Steffiana de la Cruz. 

Kevin has failed to control his weight over the past few years. On the other hand, his admirers love his overweight and hilarious personality.
