Body Found in D4vd’s Impounded Tesla Identified as 15-Year-Old Girl Who Disappeared Last Year

New revelations have emerged in the case of Celeste Rivas’s death, posing significant challenges for investigators trying to ascertain the teenager’s cause of demise.

According to TMZ, Rivas’s remains were “partially frozen” before being discovered in the trunk of a Tesla owned by D4vd.

The state of her body—frozen and dismembered—complicates the efforts of the L.A. County Medical Examiner to determine an official cause of death.

Though detectives are approaching the case as a homicide, the medical examiner has indicated that the cause of death may ultimately remain “undetermined.”

In their investigation, authorities are examining a nighttime trip Burke allegedly made to an isolated location in Santa Barbara County last spring, suspecting it might be where Rivas’s body was initially stored, as reported by TMZ.

Previously, CrimeOnline reported that Rivas’s “severely decomposed” body was discovered in the front trunk of a Tesla associated with Burke on September 8, just a day after her 15th birthday.

Police found the vehicle at a tow yard near Burke’s Hollywood Hills rental home, where it had been taken after the vehicle had been abandoned on the street.

The vehicle had been at the lot for several days before police made the discovery. Police said the girl’s dismembered body had been put in a bag and left in the front trunk.

It is also believed there is a second person of interest in Rivas’s death, dismemberment, and disposal.
