The New Orleans Saints have stated that football tight end Jimmy Graham’s arrest in Southern California was due to a “medical episode.” The 36-year-old football tight end was detained after authorities received multiple calls about his erratic behavior.

Football tight end Jimmy Graham was said to have signed a 1-year deal with the New Orleans Saints in July.

The Saint’s football tight end was arrested near a resort after trying to avoid the police. The said football tight end is suspected of being under the influence of drugs and of resisting and obstructing a police officer.

The Saints released a statement declaring that football tight end Graham was experiencing a health-related episode on Saturday, which was the cause of football tight end’s unusual behavior.

Football tight end, Graham, has been discharged from the hospital and is currently with his team as they get ready for their game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

The Saints has confirmed that the football tight end, Graham, was arrested and taken to a hospital for evaluation, Fox News says.

Fox News added that Saints’ team doctor, Dr. John Amoss suspected that the football tight end had a seizure, and he spent the night being monitored and tested by medical professionals.

The police stated that the incident related to the football tight end is under investigation.
