Hearing For Fatal Shooting Case That Killed 11-Year-Old Boy Delayed Due To Lack Of Public Defenders| KOAT

The fatal shooting suspects were arrested after killing an 11-year-old boy and injured his cousin due to a mistaken identity.

The fatal shooting suspects, Daniel Gomez, and Nathan Garley were scheduled for hearings to determine if they would stay in jail until their trial.

However, the hearing of one of the fatal shooting suspects was postponed because he did not have a defense attorney assigned to his case, and the same thing happened to the other fatal shooting suspect the following day.
