Corey Dellinger (Lubbock County Detention Center).
A man from Texas is currently facing charges for stalking and issuing terroristic threats after allegedly engaging in a series of public disturbances and threatening remarks directed at several individuals. One alarming incident involved him allegedly threatening to stab a man while the man’s family was present at a park picnic table, as reported by the police.
Corey Dellinger, aged 36, has been charged in Lubbock County for these supposed threats, which were reportedly shared on social media and spoken publicly over recent periods, according to local CBS station KLBK. As per online jail records, he has been detained for almost a week following his arrest by Lubbock authorities.

According to court documents obtained by KLBK, Dellinger allegedly directed his threats toward strangers and a family member, whom he accused of having an affair with his wife. He was reportedly discharged from a mental health institution recently, as noted by KLBK, based on these documents, although the exact timing remains unclear.
Before police were called on him, Dellinger was allegedly “making threats of harm and death towards family,” according to the court documents. The picnic table incident happened on July 9, the same day Dellinger began allegedly threatening his loved ones and random people in public, in addition to posting online threats over the past few months, cops say.
“Watch me murder my [family member],” Dellinger allegedly wrote in a post in March, according to KLBK.
For the picnic table threats, the targeted father reported the incident to police and told investigators Dellinger randomly approached their table and began to ask questions about his children. The father tried offering a handshake, which allegedly set Dellinger off and was taken as a threat by him, per the court documents. Dellinger allegedly claimed he was going to get a gun to kill the man before walking away.

In another incident, Dellinger allegedly stopped a stranger and told them he was with “Anonymous,” without clarifying. The person thought Dellinger was a YouTuber before he threatened to “get her” with a knife that he displayed, according to the court documents.
Dellinger was also allegedly spotted standing on a local dam in Lubbock at one point, shouting threats at people.
He was being held Monday on bonds totaling $130,000.
