BOULDER, Colo. — Boulder police responded to two crashes back-to-back on Friday, including one involving a suspected DUI driver.

The Boulder Police Department said the intersection of 27th Way and Baseline Road intersection was closed as officers investigated the first crash, which happened on Friday late morning. It reopened around 12:45 p.m. Police said nobody had major injuries.

Boulder Fire-Rescue crews worked to safely stabilize a vehicle that rolled over and removed a person inside.

Around the same time, police were also called to a crash at 28th and Colorado. Three vehicles were involved in this crash.

There were no major injuries at this scene either, police said. Officers arrested the at-fault driver on multiple charges, including careless driving causing injury, revoked license (habitual traffic offender), possession of a controlled substance – DUI, and possession of a stolen vehicle.
