Leah McSweeney, known for appearing on Real Housewives of New York City, has withdrawn her lawsuit against Andy Cohen and Bravo.
McSweeney, 44, dismissed her claims against the 58-year-old television producer and the network with prejudice on Friday.
The dismissal was agreed to by all parties. According to court documents reviewed by People, McSweeney is barred from bringing the same claims in a new lawsuit.
Her attorney, Gary Adelman, said in a statement to Page Six, “We are extremely satisfied with the outcome [and] we are proud of Leah and her perseverance.”
The development follows a March ruling by Judge Lewis J. Liman allowing the case to proceed in a public courtroom. Cohen later asked the court to dismiss the lawsuit in April.
McSweeney first sued Cohen in February 2024, claiming, among other allegations, that she was pressured to drink again after maintaining her sobriety.
The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Cohen and McSweeney for comment.

In March 2025, a judge ruled that McSweeney could pursue only limited portions of her lawsuit, while dismissing most of her claims.
In a subsequent filing from June 2025, she alleged that Cohen had used his authority as the show’s executive producer to “direct or induce” several Bravo personalities to publicly call her a liar. McSweeney argued that the comments came in “direct response” to her decision to file the lawsuit.
The filing referred to more than 20 stars from the Real Housewives franchise, including Luann de Lesseps, Kyle Richards, Melissa Gorga, Kandi Burruss and Dorinda Medley.
According to the court document, the women allegedly made false statements about McSweeney “to curry favor with Cohen in the hopes that such favor would propel their entertainment careers.”
The filing cited Lisa Vanderpump’s appearance on The Talk, during which she said, “I’m on [Andy’s] side.”
It also referenced Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow, who said she was “irritated” by the lawsuit and argued that McSweeney should have been “thanking” Bravo instead of suing the network.
Margaret Josephs of Real Housewives of New Jersey similarly claimed that McSweeney’s allegations were intended “to assassinate [Cohen’s] character and that is disgusting.”
McSweeney’s filing maintained that the television personalities would not have made those remarks without “Cohen’s direction and/or inducement.”

Earlier claims in McSweeney’s lawsuit alleged that Cohen had used cocaine with members of the Real Housewives cast and provided “preferential treatment” to certain stars.
Cohen denied wrongdoing and demanded that McSweeney withdraw the allegations, warning that he would pursue a defamation case. McSweeney characterized the demand as retaliation.
Cohen has denied all wrongdoing.
The lawsuit further alleged that two unnamed Real Housewives stars told McSweeney that the multihyphenate producer used cocaine.
Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes was also alleged to have called Cohen a “cocaine head,” while his former friend Kathy Griffin claimed that he had once offered her the drug.
Adelman previously said the later filing “buttressed [her] retaliation claim.”
He added that McSweeney “looks forward to discovery and depositions which she expects will be very revealing.”
