Kylie Jenner has invited fans behind the gates of her long-awaited dream home, offering a rare personal glimpse inside the sprawling property as construction continues.
The 29-year-old beauty mogul shared a six-minute YouTube update on Sunday, documenting the latest work on her Calabasas mansion, a property she bought from Miley Cyrus in 2020 for $15 million.
‘I’m going to go to my construction site. I have been building a house for like six years. I bought the property in 2020,’ she explained to her 12.1 million YouTube subscribers.
Jenner admitted she had not originally planned to share details of the major real estate project, which she called ‘my beautiful dream Italian home,’ but said she decided to open up because ‘it’s kind of already all over the internet anyway.’
As she arrived at the still-unfinished estate, the Kylie Cosmetics founder revealed that she brought in acclaimed landscape designer Jim Hyatt, whose celebrated work includes the iconic San Ysidro Ranch.
The grand entrance to the luxury home already hints at Jenner’s Tuscan-inspired vision, with reclaimed cobblestone paving bordered by lavender and rows of olive trees.

The star told viewers she’d just wrapped a day of meetings around 3pm, and was headed to the site to do ‘approvals.’
According to an August 2025 report from The Sun, she dropped $500,000 on olive trees to surround the property.
And in Sunday’s YouTube video, she explained that her sister Kendall Jenner had been doing construction at one of her homes and ‘had to get rid of all of these baby olives.’
‘Not only are they so beautiful, it reminds me of my sister,’ Jenner gushed about the trees.
The reality television personality has previously given her social media followers glimpses at the construction progress.
In February, she teased an unfinished laundry room, writing in her Instagram Stories, ‘Yummy laundry room happening.’
