Veteran Nollywood actor Pete Edochie has stated that guys who hit women out of mere provocation do not deserve the term of man.
While filming a commercial for Life Lager beer, the actor, who recently celebrated his 77th birthday, revealed that his birthday coincides with International Women’s Day on March 8.
He went on to praise women, claiming that a house only becomes a home when a woman moves in.
Pete Edochie advised men that a woman’s strength is in her words, and that if a guy punches a woman merely because he is irritated, he is unfit to be called a man.
He went on to remark that any male who can get along with a woman is qualified to manage both a local government and a country.
