Amy Schumer made waves on Instagram this Wednesday, revealing her stunning weight loss transformation. The 44-year-old comedian has been candidly documenting her journey, showcasing the effects of the weight loss medication, Mounjaro, through a series of photos.
In her latest post, Schumer stunned fans with a collection of striking images, confidently displaying her svelte figure in a vibrant red mini dress. The outfit, which accentuated her newly slimmed physique, boasted a draped waist and a strapless, heart-shaped neckline corset. She completed the look with a pair of sleek black heels, adding an extra touch of elegance.
Accompanying the photos, Schumer humorously captioned, “Back on my staircase bulls**t again,” hinting at her playful attitude towards her fitness journey.
The actress has been forthright about her efforts to lose weight, previously experimenting with the medication Ozempic, which she eventually stopped due to adverse side effects. Her openness about these experiences has resonated with many, offering a relatable glimpse into the challenges and triumphs of personal transformation.
‘Back on my staircase bulls**t again, she penned alongside the snaps.
The star has been open about what she has tried to shed the weight after initially using Ozempic, which made her feel ill.

Posing for a series of sizzling snaps, she put on a leggy display in a mini dress that flaunted her slimmed-down frame
She has also tried liposuction, but is now on Mounjaro, a GLP-1 drug for type 2 diabetes that is also often prescribed for weight loss.
And Amy has been using estrogen and progesterone for her perimenopause symptoms.
‘My symptoms of being in perimenopause have disappeared. My hair is fuller, my skin is better, I have more energy,’ Amy wrote on Instagram in March. ‘I’m having a really good experience, so I wanted to keep it real with you about that.’
The I Feel Pretty star also told The Hollywood Reporter that everyone on camera is on some kind of weight loss drug.
Amy said in March she has had a ‘really good experience’ with a new weight-loss drug.
The Hollywood star said on Instagram: ‘Three years ago, I tried Wegovy. I was puking, I couldn’t handle it.
‘I don’t know if they’ve changed the formula, whatever. But anyway, I went on this Telehealth meeting with Midi Health, and it was cheap. I wanted to try it myself cause I wanted to recommend it to my friends who are nurses and teachers.’
Amy noted that the clinic ‘put [her] on estrogen and progesterone’. She continued: ‘I realised I was in perimenopause and my symptoms from being perimenopausal have disappeared.’

The actress has seen a marked change in her appearance since she adopted the new drug.
She said: ‘I have more energy, I want to get down more, if you know what I mean. I’m talking about sex. So that’s been great and Mounjaro’s been great.’
She is keen to be open and honest with her followers about her weight-loss journey.
The movie star explained: ‘Look, it’s not covered by insurance unless you have diabetes or like severe obesity, which most of the internet thinks I have. But I’m having a really good experience with it and I wanted to keep it real with you about that.’
Amy has actually been so impressed by Midi Health that she’s decided to invest in the company.
The actress said: ‘I liked it so much and I had such a good experience that I invested in the company.’

In April, the native New Yorker gushed: ‘I’m loving being on Mounjaro and I haven’t found that it’s affected anything’
Amy appears to have lost at least 40lb in the past few months as she continues her weight loss journey, the Daily Mail has learned.
In 2015, she stated she was around 160 pounds during a speech at the Glamour UK Women of the Year ceremony.
In 2022, she shared she was at 170 pounds. Now she seems to be around 130lb. And the 5ft 7in star’s waistline looks to be about 28 inches.
‘Amy definitely has lost a lot of weight in the past three months,’ functional nutritionist Monica Partier told the Daily Mail.
‘She seems to have dropped at least 40lb and is around 130lb now, which is very slender for a woman who is 5ft 7in.’
‘And she looks a lot happier and proud of her improved wellbeing, which is nice to see.’
