According to the FDLE, the child, named Ryan Figueroa, was last observed around the 1300 block of Southwest 1st Street in Miami.

The release says that Figueroa may be in the company of 34-year-old Ismari Figueroa Leon.

Investigators reported that Ryan Figueroa was last seen in a white Polo shirt and black joggers. Additionally, Figueroa Leon was wearing a black jumper and is noted to have multiple tattoos.

The pair could be traveling in a 2012 black Chevy Equinox with a Florida tag number reading “RUZG29.”
