In an unsettling development out of Marion, Virginia, a special grand jury investigation has led to charges of child sex abuse against Robert Nolan Wolfe, a 50-year-old resident of the town. Wolfe, who previously served as a substitute teacher in Smyth County, was arrested following the grand jury’s findings.
