Police Seek One-Armed Felon Wanted in Volusia County

HOLLY HILL, Fla. – Holly Hill police are searching for a wanted felon with a “history of violence,” the department announced on Tuesday.

Police have announced that Steven A. Sullivan, aged 43, is facing serious charges which include felony domestic battery and three counts of child abuse.

“Steven is known to frequent the areas of Holly Hill, Ormond Beach and the unincorporated parts of Ormond Beach,” the release reads.

Investigators said that Sullivan is also known to carry a firearm, and he has a past that includes violence and resisting arrest.

According to court documents, Sullivan has a criminal past that includes convictions for grand theft, petit theft, burglary, robbery, illegally carrying a concealed weapon, and breaking a domestic violence injunction.

The arrest records further reveal that earlier this year, Sullivan was witnessed assaulting a woman. However, no charges were filed as the victim chose not to proceed with legal action.

Sullivan is described as being approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, with a weight of 150 pounds. He is missing his right arm and has distinctive tattoos on his face, specifically above his left eyebrow.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police at (386) 248-9487 or via email at abernal@hollyhillfl.org.
