Saint Simons Island Resident Charged with Multiple Counts of Child Exploitation

GLYNN COUNTY, Ga. () — A 39-year-old man has been charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of children, police announced Wednesday.

In April, the Criminal Investigations Division of the Glynn County Police Department (GCPD) began investigating suspected Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC).

They began investigating and executed a search warrant in the 700 block of East Island Square Drive Wednesday.

James Waller, 39, was taken into custody and, during an interview with detectives, allegedly admitted to having and sharing child pornography, according to a police representative.

Following the interview, he was charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of children.
