RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. () – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who is wanted in reference to fraud.

Authorities report that Chad Adams, 41, who stands 6 feet tall and weighs 250 pounds with brown hair and eyes, is wanted for charges of Theft by Conversion and the Exploitation of an Elderly or Disabled Person. These offenses reportedly took place on December 6th, 2024, on Curry Street.

The incident report reveals that the victim explained he provided Adams with a signed, blank check intended for property-related work. However, later he discovered that Adams lacked the appropriate license to perform the work.
