The Carter County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) broke the news on Friday morning, confirming the additional charge related to the recent acts of vandalism that also targeted a church in the area. This follows the earlier apprehension of another juvenile suspect, as law enforcement continues their investigation into these troubling incidents.
