One hospitalized following two-vehicle Champaign crash

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — A traffic accident involving two vehicles in Champaign on Wednesday morning resulted in one individual being taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure, officials confirmed.

According to the Champaign Police Department, officers responded to a call about a crash on the 500 block of North Mattis Avenue at 9:04 a.m. Upon arrival, they determined that a vehicle had been struck while attempting to enter traffic from a private driveway.
