Influencer, 20, abducted outside Mexico mall by gunman

An influencer from Arizona found herself in a harrowing situation in Sinaloa, Mexico, on Tuesday, when a masked assailant disabled her Cybertruck with tire spikes and forcibly took her away. This chilling incident was caught on camera.

Nicole Pardo Molina, aged 20, is a popular OnlyFans model with a substantial following of over 180,000 on Instagram. Known for her eye-catching lilac SUV, investigators suspect this distinct vehicle made it easier for her kidnappers to track her down.

Authorities have noted that prior to her disappearance, the social media star had been promoting merchandise featuring the infamous drug lord Joaquín ‘El Chapo’ Guzmán.

The abduction was recorded by the security cameras installed in the Cybertruck, a feature common to Tesla’s range of vehicles.

In the video, a white Toyota Corolla is seen pulling alongside Molina’s SUV outside a shopping center in Culiacán, Sinaloa. A man, concealing his identity with a red and black sweater over his face, exits the back seat and seizes Molina as she attempts to enter her vehicle.

A gunman with a red and black sweater tied around his face emerged from the back seat and grabbed Molina while she tried to get into her Cybertruck.

The gunman and the driver of the Corolla then pushed her into the car’s backseat before speeding off.

The attackers reportedly used tire spikes to stop her vehicle prior to the abduction, according to El País.

‘According to initial investigations, three armed men in a stolen white vehicle threw tire spikes at the SUV the victim was traveling in, intercepted it, and then forced the victim into the car,’ authorities told the outlet.

Mexican police confirmed Molina’s disappearance and opened a missing persons case. They are investigating whether the crime is related to an ongoing turf war between rival cartels.

El País reported that Molina was selling merchandise bearing the image of El Chapo at the time of the abduction.

The area where she lived and where her father is from is controlled by a rival faction of the Sinaloa Cartel, which El Chapo once led.

The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Sinaloa said that authorities have no information or leads about Molina’s whereabouts and that ‘It is considered that her safety may be at risk, as she could be a victim of a crime.’

Molina was born and raised in the US, and her parents live in Phoenix, Arizona. She frequently travels between the city and Culiacán, El País reported.

The outlet also said that she was pursuing business ventures in Mexico after dropping out of school in the US after the COVID-19 pandemic.

There were no reported links between Molina and any Mexican cartels before her kidnapping, but authorities now believe that may be the case.

According to the International Federation for Human Rights, in 2024 alone, 3,601 women were reported missing in Mexico, which was a 40 percent increase from the previous year.

In 2025, hundreds of women were kidnapped or disappeared just in Sinaloa.

Other influencers have also been victims of cartel violence in recent years, such as Valeria Marquez, a fashion model who had more than 600,000 followers on Instagram and was shot dead in May during a livestream.

Investigators believe that the shooter may have been tied to the Jalisco Nueva Generación cartel based in Jalisco.
