Police have released new photos of a missing New Zealand teenager.

Seventeen-year-old Marley was last spotted on Whitewash Head Rd in Scarborough, Christchurch, on Friday at 2:55 pm.

Detective Sergeant Lucy Aldridge stated that Search and Rescue teams would persist in their search in the coming days, concentrating efforts along the coastline from Godley Head to Pines Beach.

“Unfortunately, yesterday’s search provided no positive outcomes,” she said.

“The area consists of steep rocky cliffs and dense bushland, presenting significant search challenges. We are employing expert skills to ensure a comprehensive search.”

“We urge anyone in Scarborough who has CCTV/doorbell cameras to please check your footage from 2.50pm onwards on Friday,” Aldridge said.

“If you see or have seen Marley, please get in touch immediately.

“Residents of Sumner and Scarborough can expect a heightened Police presence over the upcoming days as the investigation continues.”
