Clavicular accused of despicable antics and skipping rent at $7m home

Online provocateur and influencer Clavicular has been accused of failing to pay rent and leaving a $7 million California mansion in disarray after hosting his controversial “Looksmaxxing Camp” there.

The 20-year-old influencer, whose real name is Braden Peters, brought 15 young men to the Los Angeles property for a boot camp focused on “looksmaxxing”—a term he uses for efforts to meet male beauty standards.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, The Maimon Group claims Clavicular missed monthly payments and breached several terms of his lease.

Clavicular signed the lease for the Encino mansion in September, agreeing to pay $53,000 a month in rent.

The landlord alleges that he also held loud parties at the property, despite a lease provision limiting the number of guests to six at any one time.

The complaint describes an alleged October 11 gathering that reportedly turned chaotic, with guests accused of fighting on the stairs and outside the home, as well as throwing one another into the pool.

Guests allegedly splashed water inside the house, covered parts of the mansion in silly string and left “fart spray” throughout the property.

The allegations also say that attendees vomited inside the home, spilled drinks into the pool and that Clavicular brought a horse onto the property.

A spokesperson for Clavicular denied the claims in a statement to TMZ, disputing that an official civil lawsuit had been filed or that he owed unpaid bills connected to Camp Looksmax.

“He will respond to the fullest extent of the law once he is actually served with a suit. Any allegation that he does not meet his obligations is false,” the spokesperson said.

Clavicular runs the camp with fellow looksmaxxing creator, Hexumlite. They livestreamed the ‘retreat’ on Clavicular’s channel. Those who want to participate must apply online and pay $5,000 to attend. The website appears to have been taken down.

William Munro, who attended the camp this fall, told USA Today that he applied to learn more about the trend but left hoping to raise $40,000 for facial surgery.

Videos shared on the camp’s social media accounts showed Clavicular smoking a cigar while advising participants on dating and clothing.

Earlier this month, a livestream clip circulated online showing a man believed to be connected to the landlord confronting Clavicular at the mansion.

Clavicular asked whether the man represented The Maimon Group and joked that he could not join the camp because of a “no sub-humans rule.”

The man accused Clavicular of breaching the contract and criticized the influencer’s team for filming the confrontation.

The dispute over the mansion adds to the legal troubles facing Clavicular. He appeared in court in Massachusetts on Thursday and pleaded not guilty in a rape case.

He was charged last month with allegations of rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor in Cape Cod.

The accusations are linked to a May 23, 2025 incident, according to legal documents previously reviewed by Our News Outlet.

The alleged victim has not yet spoken publicly but was under 18 when the alleged incident occurred. In a Florida civil suit filing that was also previously reviewed by Our News Outlet, the woman said that Peters ‘wanted her to be the female face for “looksmaxxing.”‘

The lawsuit claims that after the two met for the first time, she was given alcohol until she appeared ‘visibly intoxicated.’

‘Peters then had sex with [her] while she was knowingly intoxicated, to the point where she was unable to give consent,’ the civil complaint stated. ‘That morning, while [she] was asleep, she woke up with Peters penetrating her and having sex with her, again without her consent.’

Clavicular’s attorney David Meier told Our News Outlet in a statement: ‘Braden Peters categorically denies these allegations.

‘As set forth in our memorandum to the Court, in May 2025, Mr. Peters was 19 years old, the complainant was 17 years old, and they were involved in a professional and personal relationship that continued for another year.

‘At no time did the complainant report anything to the police – or to anyone – because there was nothing to report.’

Our News Outlet has reached out to a lawyer for Clavicular and The Maimon Group for comment on TMZ’s reporting.
