They may be sharing a microphone again before long.
The Brooklyn bar owner who had Conan O’Brien laughing during their viral chance meeting on the subway says the pair could soon reunite for karaoke.
O’Brien contacted Debbie Shields in the days after their appearance on “Subway Takes” to discuss possible future collaborations, including a visit to her Bed-Stuy bar, Confessions, she told The Post.
Kareen Rahma, the host of “Subway Takes,” has already stopped by the bar, where Shields named a cocktail after O’Brien.
“I just never considered myself a comedian. I just considered myself somebody that likes to make people laugh,” said Shields, who joked in the viral clip that she had been married to O’Brien and shared two children with the former “Tonight Show” and “Late Show” host.
“Maybe that is a comedian, but this is my lifestyle. This is not something I practice.”
Shields, 68, was riding the F train when her best friend and assistant, Tony Rocket, noticed O’Brien being interviewed by Rahma.
“He goes, ‘Oh, that’s Conan O’Brien,’” Shields recalled. Her attention, however, was drawn to the open space beside Rahma.
“I was like, ‘Oh, OK,’ but I saw a seat, and seats are very important to me on the train.”

With no formal comedy training or experience, Shields nevertheless traded jokes with O’Brien using the quick improvisational instincts of a seasoned performer.
The exchange has since attracted nearly 3 million views on Instagram, thrusting Shields and her bar into the spotlight.
Confessions Bar, which Shields opened two years ago in Bedford-Stuyvesant, saw a surge of customers after the video went viral last week.
“It was packed in here Friday night for comedy night. People are stopping me in the street. It’s just really crazy,” Shields said from inside the bar. “We have tourists going by now, taking pictures of the bar.”
Many visitors have also come to sample the bar’s newest cocktail, the “Baby Daddy O’Brien,” a reference to Shields’ viral joke about the children she claimed to share with the comedian — and their signature ginger hairstyle.
The drink is made with Irish whiskey, nodding to O’Brien’s heritage, and topped with a large orange slice that protrudes from the glass to symbolize his famous red hair.
“In this crazy place, I’ve had to really put on that sense of humor … it’s just what I do,” Shields said as she placed a camouflage baseball cap on the table. The hat reads “drunk” when turned upside down.
