Taylor Swift sizzles in silver mini dress on Jimmy Fallon show

Taylor Swift continued her showgirl era on Monday, sizzling in a silver mini dress in promotional snaps from her upcoming appearance on The Tonight Show.

The pop superstar, 35, put on a leggy display as she chatted with host Jimmy Fallon, while promoting her recently released album, The Life Of A Showgirl.

The singer, who’s engaged to football star Travis Kelce, 36, wowed in a glittering off-shoulder number and matching platform heels.

The superstar has been busy generating buzz for her 12th album. She recently stopped by The Graham Norton Show — where she had an uncomfortable moment with a fellow guest — and will also be appearing on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Wednesday.

During her appearance on Monday, her blonde tresses were pulled back, and she accessorized with dangling silver earrings.

Glittering on her finger was her massive engagement ring from Kelce.

It comes following claims that Swift was asked an awkward question by fellow guest Jodie Turner-Smith during last week’s episode of Norton’s chat show.

The two stars both appeared on the famous red sofa on Thursday, alongside fellow guests Cillian Murphy, Greta Lee, Domhnall Gleeson and Lewis Capaldi.

Kicking off the promo trail for her new album, Taylor opened up about buying back the rights to her music and her recent engagement to NFL star Travis.

But, one Swiftie, who was sitting in the audience when the show was filmed, has alleged there was one very awkward moment that was cut from the episode when it was broadcast the following day.

Sammie Nicole took to TikTok to share a video revealing what happened behind-the-scenes and several funny moments that viewers didn’t get to see.

She claimed that things became ‘uncomfortable’ at one point after Turner-Smith, 39, began asking Swift about her and Kelce’s baby plans, causing host Norton to step in.

She explained: ‘This is a big one. When I was watching it I was like “Oh, they cut that out!” Which I’m not surprised that they did.

‘There was a part when Graham was talking to Taylor about the upcoming wedding and planning it, and one of the other guests, Jodie, said to Taylor, “And what about babies?”

‘Now I know what she meant, she was asking Taylor, “Are you going to have babies soon?” But Taylor thought she was asking if babies were coming to the wedding, so Taylor went, “Oh no under-18s are coming, just adults!”

‘I feel that should have been the end of it, but it wasn’t, because Jodie then said, “No, no I mean are you going to have babies?”‘

Sammie was quick to criticize the alleged question, saying it was inappropriate especially in front of an audience and cameras.

Meanwhile Swift made history after breaking multiple streaming records on Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon with her latest album The Life Of A Showgirl.

The pop icon released her new project on Friday with a fresh set of bouncy songs about love, sex, and success, leaving fans to analyze every lyric.

On Spotify and Apple Music, the album became the most streamed in one day in 2025, and on Amazon Music it broke an all-time record – surpassing her own previous album The Tortured Poets Department.

As the new album holds the record for Apple Music’s biggest album of 2025 by first-day streams worldwide, her single The Fate of Ophelia reached Apple Music’s biggest song of 2025 by first-day streams globally.

The Cruel Summer hitmaker has also climbed up iTunes’ charts, earning the spot of biggest album of 2025, also based on first-day sales worldwide.

To celebrate her new album, Apple Music has compiled three Taylor Swift playlists that embody each phase— with highlights from her 12th full-length and the rest of her catalogue that express the feelings experienced before, during, and after a performance.

Meanwhile Amazon Music released special track-by-track experience for the new album, which includes Taylor’s new commentary interspersed throughout the album.

Fans can listen to new bangers with the commentary from the artist about songs like The Fate of Ophelia, Elizabeth Taylor, Ruin The Friendship, and more — including Amazon Music exclusive commentary on the song ‘Father Figure’.

She discusses how The Fate of Ophelia blends Shakespearean storytelling with modern themes and references.

For Elizabeth Taylor, the songstress speaks about the Hollywood icon as a role model and draws parallels to her own experiences in the spotlight.

Eldest Daughter explores the contrast between public and private life in modern culture.

The album concludes with The Life of a Showgirl – featuring Sabrina Carpenter – which she describes as an ode to show business, mentioning that it includes actual crowd noise from her last Eras Tour show in Vancouver.
