Jennifer Garner dazzled under the Los Angeles lights on Thursday night.
The 53-year-old actress from West Virginia stunned in a form-fitting, plunging black dress that accentuated her sculpted physique.
Garner, who was once married to Ben Affleck, showcased her athletic arms and slender waist while exuding a radiant aura. She was seen mingling with Reese Witherspoon, the producer behind her acclaimed series, “The Last Thing He Told Me.”
The event was the Apple TV’s Tastemaker gathering for the second season of “The Last Thing He Told Me,” held at The West Hollywood EDITION. The new season is scheduled to premiere on February 20.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, functional nutritionist Dr. Wilks discussed how Garner maintains her trim figure well into her fifties.
“There’s no way she starts her day with chocolate chip pancakes drenched in syrup,” Dr. Wilks remarked.

Dr Wilks added, ‘I am betting she is on a protein-heavy, fiber-packed diet while having very few carbs.’
The nutritionist guesses she has eggs with avocados for breakfast, a salad for lunch and fish or chicken for dinner.
Dr Wilks added, ‘A high-protein diet supports weight loss by increasing satiety, maintaining muscle mass, and boosting metabolism.
‘Eating proteins like meat and fish has a higher thermic effect. It’s good to front-load protein in the morning and pairing it with fiber.
‘Also, staying away from sugar and dairy is also a good idea, and I bet she does that. If Jennifer eats sweets, it is likely in moderation and earlier in the day so she can properly digest it before bedtime.
Garner has been open about what she eats as she shares cooking videos on Instagram with regularity.
Some of the recipes she has shared have been for Spicy Scrambled Eggs, Honey Lemon Chicken, Chicken Chili, Big Fat Salad with green beans, broccoli, arugula, roasted sweet potatoes, nuts, and cheese, Egg Bites with cottage cheese, mozzarella, bell peppers, and chopped spinach, 10-Grain Bread.

She has also baked her own cobbler and olive oil cake, but likely indulges only on special occasions.
In 2015 Garner said she went on an extreme diet to play a tough undercover spy for the CIA on TV’s Alias from 2001 to 2006. And she also watched her weight to co-star with Affleck in 2003’s Daredevil.
‘I dieted for so long in the middle of doing Alias and being a superhero, that there’s something in me that can’t do anything that extreme,’ the mother of three told Yahoo Beauty.
The Dallas Buyers Club actress added, ‘I mean, believe me, there’s always a point in the fitting where I feel like, “Why didn’t I just try to lose four pounds and then I could wear any dress?” I just can’t though.’

But the star still does her best to maintain a lean frame. ‘With food I’m probably good 80 percent of the time,’ the beauty said. Still there are some foods she cannot give up, she said: ‘I’ve found out that I cannot pass up pizza without having some. I just can’t! My kids have a lot of pizza. I can’t go to a kid’s birthday party without having a slice.’
And then there is her Once Upon A Farm business. She is often seen eating snacks from the brand in her social media posts.
