This report aimed to alert state and local authorities about a heightened threat level stemming from the ongoing hostilities with Iran.
The bulletin, which has been seen by the Daily Mail, highlights specific threats posed by the Iranian government towards U.S. military, government personnel, and facilities. It also mentions potential risks to Jewish and Israeli entities, perceived supporters, and Iranian dissidents within the United States.
Moreover, the report warns that individuals radicalized by various ideologies might exploit this conflict or other geopolitical tensions as a pretext for violence.
While the White House has blocked this crucial five-page bulletin, it contains detailed descriptions of potential attacks by Iranian proxies across the nation. Additionally, it provides guidance for local law enforcement on responding to such threats.

DHS’s decision to inform the White House was done against the wishes of the FBI leadership, the Daily Mail has learned.
‘White House is now inserting themselves. This can have a chilling effect on keeping state and local law enforcement informed about ongoing terrorist threats to the homeland posed by Iran,’ the official added.
‘They don’t want anything getting out that says what they’re doing in Iran is raising the threat level at home.’
Typically, these intel bulletins would be issued to law enforcement without input from the White House to avoid politicizing intelligence communications.

The Daily Mail contacted the FBI, and DHS for comment.
The White House did not deny blocking the terror bulletin in a statement to the Daily Mail.
