In 2024, she also addressed the expectations women often place on themselves, saying, “The pressure we put on ourself is not realistic.” She added that her words were “a reminder to myself and to you.”
During an Instagram question-and-answer session, one of her followers asked what weight goal she was working toward.
“I always gain a lot during pregnancies and I hold on to it until I’m done breastfeeding,” she explained. “It’s just what my body does and I’ve accepted it! I have started back working out getting stronger and toning until I can drop the baby weight!”
The mother of four also encouraged new moms to “be kind to yourself” and “give yourself grace,” emphasizing that their bodies are healing after carrying a baby for nine months.
She continued, “And if you’re breast-feeding like me and your body needs to hold on to as much weight as possible to keep making milk, then let it. Focus on that sweet new baby because that’s what it’s all about. Plenty of time to ‘get back’ when it’s time. But for now. Give yourself grace… you’re doing great and you got this girl!”
Decker founded Kittenish in 2014. Alongside her fashion brand, the platinum-selling singer-songwriter has built a career as a television personality and best-selling author.

Decker said she ‘would love to explant altogether’ but said that she would, instead, be getting smaller implants as a replacement.
‘I know myself, and realistically I’m not sure I’m totally ready for that yet. I’ve had such large ones for so long I don’t know what I have underneath it all,’ she continued.
‘What I think I’m ready for is what they’re calling juicy ballerina boobies!?’
She said that because of her fitness journey and her ‘strong girl era,’ she wanted to change her D-cup bra size too.
‘I don’t want anything holding me back,’ she added. ‘This strong girl era has really helped me feel more connected to my body and what feels right for me.’
She admitted: ‘I just don’t feel like these big implants fit who I am anymore.’
Decker also explained that giving birth to her youngest child Denver in 2024 also ‘kick-started this whole “less is more” chapter for me.’
