Country music star Alexis Wilkins, who is dating FBI Director Kash Patel, has filed a lawsuit against two right-wing commentators, alleging they falsely labeled her as an agent for Mossad.
The 27-year-old artist is taking legal action against Samuel Parker, a former Utah Senate candidate, and Elijah Schaffer, a prominent MAGA social media figure.
Wilkins claims that the two men have made the damaging allegation that she is connected to the Israeli government and serves as a “honeypot” operative.
According to her federal complaint, Wilkins, who resides in Nashville, is described as a Christian, born in America, with no ties to any intelligence agency, let alone Israel’s government.
Her legal team has stated that Wilkins has never visited Israel.
Parker, who experienced an unsuccessful Senate run in 2018, has since built a social media presence by stirring up controversy among right-wing audiences, including his remarks about Wilkins.
His page is full of conspiracies about popular figures on the right and further, such as Charlie Kirk, Candace Owens and Nick Fuentes.

She has taken legal action against multiple men for alleging she is a ‘honeypot,’ manipulating Patel for gain. Wilkins’s lawyers argued in a suit recently that she’s never even been to Israel
FBI Director Kash Patel, his girlfriend Alexis Wilkins and President Donald Trump in February
Some of his posts from earlier this month allege that Wilkins worked for two spies and ‘was possibly set up with Kash by another intel operative,’ for example.
Wilkins has been dating Patel, 45, since 2023, and since then, some on social media have fretted about the couple’s jet-setting relationship.
‘Why is a 24-yr devout Christian, hooking up with a Hindu Indian, old enough to be her dad, at a Christian Nationalist conference? Weird,’ Parker wrote in one post listed in the legal complaint.
Another post cited in the complaint ‘reaffirmed his [Parker’s] intention on February 28, 2025, when he suggested Ms. Wilkins’ presumed Israeli status is why the Epstein files have not yet been publicly released.’
The complaint against Schaffer, a popular far-right social media creator, outlines similar claims, including that he alleged she was a Mossad agent.
‘I was just sued for $5,000,000 over my X posts criticizing Israel by FBI director Kash Patel’s inner circle,’ Schaffer posted on X Monday.
‘I’ve never engaged in defamation or illegal activity. Gross law fare. This is an attack on free speech & an embarrassment to the FBI & Trump Admin.’
The country music singer caught fame for her patriotic 2022 single ‘Stand’
The country music singer has also previously sued podcaster and former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin for allegedly lying about her being ‘an agent of a foreign government, assigned to manipulate and compromise the Director of the FBI.’
The former agent later alleged the lawsuit was an effort to silence his criticism of the FBI director and his girlfriend.
The director and his girlfriend have recently caught headlines for their bustling travel schedule.
Earlier this month, Patel spoke out, viciously ripping into critics upset with his use of a private government jet for trips to visit his girlfriend.
‘The disgustingly baseless attacks against Alexis – a true patriot and the woman I’m proud to call my partner in life – are beyond pathetic,’ Patel wrote after he caught flak for using the jet to get to a wrestling match where his partner was scheduled to sing.
‘She is a rock-solid conservative and a country music sensation who has done more for this nation than most will in ten lifetimes. I’m so blessed she’s in my life.’
He then added: ‘Attacking her isn’t just wrong – it’s cowardly and jeopardizes our safety. My love of family will always be my cornerstone, and you will never tear that down or keep me from them.’
The Daily Mail has contacted Wilkins, Schafer and Parker for comment.
