Katie Holmes looked completely smitten as she cuddled up to her younger boyfriend, Jason Bard Yarmosky, at the American Ballet Theatre’s Fall Gala on Thursday.
The 47-year-old actress attended the Angels and Demons Honoring Cynthia Erivo event with her 39-year-old partner at New York City’s David H. Koch Theatre.
The couple, who began dating over the summer, appeared inseparable as they posed together on the red carpet.
Holmes and Yarmosky walked hand in hand, exchanging affectionate glances as photographers captured them.
For the glamorous occasion, the Dawson’s Creek alum chose a silky deep-teal gown featuring long sleeves and a waterfall-style, pleated drop-hem skirt.

Her dark brunette hair was swept into an elegant updo, drawing attention to her delicate earrings.
Holmes carried a classic black shoulder bag as a clutch to complement the sophisticated gown.
Her artist boyfriend opted for a navy double-breasted blazer, loose matching trousers and a chocolate-brown pullover.
The pair made their romance public in June.
The relationship is Holmes’s first publicly known romance since her 2022 relationship with bass player Bobby Wooten III.
They dated for less than a year before going their separate ways.
Before Wooten, Holmes was involved with fellow actor Jamie Foxx for six years after her marriage to Tom Cruise ended. She shares 20-year-old daughter Suri with Cruise.
In recent months, Holmes and Yarmosky have taken two trips to Lake Como and attended both New York Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week.

Earlier this month, actress Jenny McCarthy discussed her past interactions with Holmes during the actress’s marriage to Cruise, which lasted from 2006 to 2012.
During Thursday’s episode of her self-titled podcast, McCarthy claimed Holmes had looked “like a deer in headlights.” She was joined by guest Ann Gallard Hill, who left the Church of Scientology in 2007.
McCarthy recalled being friends with Holmes and Cruise while she was dating her former partner Jim Carrey. Holmes and Cruise had also attended McCarthy and Carrey’s 2006 wedding in Italy.
Holmes, who welcomed daughter Suri with Cruise earlier that year, joined Scientology after marrying the Oscar-nominated actor.
She left the organization after their 2012 divorce. McCarthy said she noticed a “shift” in Holmes after the actress’s wedding.
“At that time, she looked like a deer in headlights. This was well into the marriage,” McCarthy alleged during the episode.

“During the wedding part, she still seemed like Katie, but into the marriage it seemed there was a shift in her,” McCarthy said.
After the couple divorced in 2012 following six years of marriage, Holmes removed both herself and her daughter from the controversial religion.
Back in 2016, Our News Outlet reported that Holmes had feared losing Suri to Scientology.
The reported final breaking point in Holmes’s marriage to Cruise came when members of the Church of Scientology moved into the former couple’s home.
