Skinny Oprah Winfrey flaunts dramatic Ozempic transformation after gym

Over the weekend, Oprah Winfrey was seen emerging from a gym session in Santa Barbara, showcasing her commitment to fitness and well-being.

The 71-year-old media icon was dressed in a casual yet stylish ensemble, featuring a white T-shirt paired with a zip-up gray hoodie and sleek black leggings. Her choice of attire highlighted her recent efforts to maintain a fit physique, as she had recently impressed fans with her noticeably cinched waist.

Adding a touch of practicality to her outfit, Oprah sported a pair of white sneakers. Her signature chocolate-brown hair was neatly held back with a black headband, allowing her to move freely during her workout.

As she made her way to her car, the former talk show host was seen wearing a pair of round eyeglasses and holding a large blue water bottle, essential for staying hydrated after an intense session at the gym.

Completing her look, she carried a brown leather pouch, exuding an air of understated elegance. This outing also gave Oprah another opportunity to display her significant weight loss, which she has openly discussed.

Winfrey has been candid about her weight management journey, revealing that she has used Ozempic as a tool to aid her efforts. Her transparency and dedication continue to inspire many.

In late 2023, the Mississippi-born superstar revealed how she shed pounds by making a lifestyle change.

‘It’s not one thing, it’s everything. I intend to keep it that way,’ she told Entertainment Tonight at the time.

Winfrey previously insisted that she had not turned to weight loss drugs. She opened up about body image while speaking at a panel in New York City for Oprah Daily’s The Life You Want series in September 2023.

‘I don’t know that there is another public person whose weight struggles have been exploited as much as mine,’ she reflected during a conversation with Weight Watchers CEO Sima Sistani, psychologist Rachel Goldman, and obesity specialists Fatima Cody Stanford and Melanie Jay.

She noted she once thought, ‘I felt I’ve got to do this on my own because if I take the drug, that’s the easy way out.’

Shortly after the panel, the Color Purple star confessed about using GLP-1 medication, ‘I now use it as I feel I need it, as a tool to manage not yo-yoing.’

‘It quiets the food noise,’ she revealed to People in December 2023.

Winfrey will open up about her lifelong struggle with her weight in the forthcoming book Enough: Your Health, Your Weight, and What It’s Like to Be Free, written by Dr. Ania Jastreboff, MD, PhD.
