Artificial intelligence has generated images speculating on how Demi Moore might appear today had she never undergone any cosmetic procedures.

Renowned for her timeless beauty and youthful glow, Demi Moore, who turned 63 on Tuesday, has long been the subject of rumors suggesting she may have opted for plastic surgery or cosmetic injections over the years.

Although the actress has remained largely silent on the subject, back in 2007, she denied having any work done. Since then, however, she hasn’t addressed the topic, leaving room for continued fan speculation about her striking looks.

Moreover, several medical professionals, who have not personally treated Moore, have speculated that she might have undergone various procedures, such as Botox and facelifts, among others.

Now, a series of striking AI-generated images have further stirred the conversation.

The AI technology was tasked with examining photos of the actress from her earlier years and projecting what her appearance might be at 63 if she had remained completely natural.

The results were shockingly different to what she actually looks like at this age, hinting that she may have received some procedures to alter her appearance.

Moore caused wide speculation that she had used cosmetic enhancements when she appeared on the Fendi runway show in 2021.

Thanks to her ageless appearance and youthful complexion, many have wondered if the actress, 63, seen earlier this month, has gotten plastic surgery or injections for years

At the time, many fans branded her as ‘unrecognizable,’ claiming that her cheeks looked much more plump and her lips seemed fuller.

In April of this year, she ignited fresh plastic surgery rumors when she hit the red carpet at the Time100 Gala in New York City sporting what some described as a ‘new face.’

The Daily Mail has reached out to Moore for comment. 

Plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomos, who did not treat Moore, told Hello! magazine last year that he believed she started getting surgery young and kept up her youthful appearance with minor interventions. 

At the time, he suggested she may have had a lip lift, a youth-enhancing procedure that reduces the distance between the base of the nose and the upper lip. 

It also irons out some of the creases between the nose and the upper lip that appear as the face ages.

He also theorized that she had a face and neck lift or laser resurfacing surgery – a popular anti-aging treatment that works by destroying the first layer of skin, which allows fresh, youthful skin cells to grow underneath.

‘She’s certainly had some Botox around the eyes, and a possible lid lift, but these are very subtle,’ he added.

Moore (seen recently) has stayed tightlipped about whether or not she has ever enhanced her appearance in recent years but that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating

‘The only area which appears overdone is her cheeks, they look a bit too big, with either fillers or fat transfer, for the proportions of her face.’

Dr. Johnny Betteridge,founder of JB Aesthetics, also theorized she had a face and neck lift by looking at photographs of her.

In a viral Instagram video shared in October, he compared images of Moore from 2019 to September this year to illustrate her transformation.

Looking at an image from 2019, he said there were ‘some characteristic signs of aging to the face and neck with skin laxity and volume loss being the predominant features.’ 

But after comparing it to an image of her in September 2024 at The Substance’s premier, he claimed her face now looks more ‘lifted.’

‘Notice how her face has changed from how we saw it a few years ago to now, a much more lifted and tighter appearance. These features are likely attributed to a deep plane face and neck-lift,’ he said.
